Customer's reviews

I have been seeing Jon for counseling sessions for about 6 years now, and highly recommend him! When we began our sessions I was completely burned out, swamped in anxiety attacks and drinking too much. Working with Jon has been a great influence: providing accountability, insight and practical techniques that helped me better navigate day to day life and make some changes. I'm happy to report that I am much healthier, have better life balance and haven't drank in 8 months. There's no silver bullet, "curing" a person or "solving" mental health-- but working with Jon has definitely had a significant and positive effect on my life. ~ Christopher Z
I can’t say enough good things about Jon. He has been incredibly supportive and insightful while helping me navigate long-standing extended family dysfunction. I feel extremely comfortable speaking to Jon. He creates a supportive, non-judgmental space to talk through complicated family dynamics, and helped me better understand patterns that have been impacting me for years. What I appreciate most is his ability to listen deeply while also offering practical tools and strategies I can actually apply—especially around setting boundaries, managing guilt, and staying grounded during stressful family situations. I always leave sessions feeling clearer, calmer, and more confident in how to handle things moving forward. ~ Terrence M
Jon has been a great resource to help me navigate through the stresses of life. I feel he always provides good insights and provides helpful strategies to address any issues that I am facing. He is also a great presence to help breakdown any situations and feelings that I encounter. I would highly recommend him. ~ Jonathan
